How Do I Begin Implementing Planfix? A Free Course
“How do I begin implementing Planfix?” is a free Planfix Academy course for the manager who brings Planfix into a company. Its 14 lessons follow the decisions a rollout actually needs: how to announce the move to employees, how to get everyone trained, what to do about completion dates and overdue tasks, and whether your company needs projects and data tags.
This post is a short overview of the course: who it is for, what it covers and how to start. The lessons themselves live in Planfix Academy, so you can go straight there whenever you are ready.
- Level: For the Boss
- Lessons: 14
- Price: free
- Certificate: yes, after you finish the course
Who this course is for
This is a course for the boss: the owner, director or team lead who has decided to run the company’s work in Planfix and now has to bring everybody else along. In Planfix Academy it sits on the For the Boss track, and its own description is short — it helps you implement Planfix at your organization. If Planfix is still new to you personally, go through Day One with Planfix first and come back here to plan the rollout.

- How to keep work on time: completion dates, reminders and a routine for overdue tasks.
