Throughout June, the Planfix team was fine-tuning the system. We’re excited to announce a host of fixes designed to increase efficiency and improve user experience. Stay tuned for the latest updates!
Print or Export Whiteboards in One Click
You can now effortlessly print your diagrams or save them as images. Want to showcase a whiteboard to your colleagues or add some flair to the sales department wall? Just hit “Print,” and you’re all set!
Need to insert a diagram into a presentation to wow the team at a meeting? Choose “Export as Image.“
No more taking screenshots with massive zoom and wrestling with pixelation issues. It’s easier and more convenient now!

Vertical Main Menu
You can now switch to a vertical main menu!
Here’s how to make the switch: Head to your Employee card, then go to Settings → Appearance → Main menu view. From there, pick the version you like best!
Oh, and by the way, new users will see the vertical menu by default, but if you’re an existing user, don’t worry — the horizontal version is still around. No pressure to make an immediate switch! Feel free to give it a shot, and if it’s not your thing, you can always go back.
The new feature is live now, so go ahead and give it a try!

New in Task Filter
Now you can effortlessly add a field in the task filter within an Object with just a click on the “plus” icon.
Here’s what you can do:
- Pick a pre-existing field
- Or create a brand-new one right then and there, all without extra clicks. The field gets added to the Object automatically.
Why does this matter?
It’s all about setting up your task tables to perfectly fit your business processes—faster and easier than ever!

Search Your Custom Scripting Actions Effortlessly
Just type in the keyword or phrase you need, and the search will quickly find the action you’re looking for.
If this update leaves you scratching your head a bit, here’s a quick rundown.
Custom scripting actions in Planfix are handy tools that let you streamline repetitive tasks from scripts. Think of them as reusable components that you set up once and deploy anywhere across your workflows. You can find them by navigating to Account management — System directories — Custom scripting actions.
So go ahead, search away, set things up, and make the most of it! And stay tuned — more exciting updates are on the way to enhance your experience.
