In the title and description of tasks, you can use different variables.
Adding variables
Variables are added to Task templates when they are created or edited.
When a task is created using a template, the current value is substituted for the variable.

Among the variables available are:
- about 30 system variables that allow displaying in different formats time, date, day of the week, month and year;
- all variables related to the task, including variables for each custom field;
- Variables for each props of any directory, which is used in task fields;
- all variables related to project in which the task is created - including custom fields of the project;
- all variables related to contractor's tasks, including any data from customer card;
- all variables related to the task of the current task, including data from the card of its counterparty or the directories used in it.
