How to prioritize tasks?

There are different ways to prioritize tasks with Planfix. We consider manually sorting tasks by priority to be the most "correct" way of prioritizing.
In addition to this, tasks have two standard priority levels: normal and urgent, which can be used:
Another way to prioritize is to create a custom field (or even multiple fields) put the priority in the field according to your preferred prioritization technique, and then sort/group tasks in filters and reports using this field.
