Waiting for customer response As soon as we reply to the customer, the task gets this status.
Customer deciding If the customer needs time to think about their decision, we change the task to this status.
We're deciding When we need to discuss a message from a customer, change the task to this status.
Waiting for payment When the customer agrees to a purchase, you can use this status when you're waiting for payment.
Waiting for new message from customer Once communication with a customer is complete after the final purchase, the task should get this status.
Order sent for fulfillment Tasks for purchases are created with this status. This lets you see the task in the Order Fulfillment section.

Sales conversions for past month Calculates the total number of purchases and cancellation and the ratio of purchases to cancellations.
Demand volume by item for past month Shows the total number of sales for each item, where you can see which products are selling best.
Report on sales for past month Shows total sales by month broken out by customer.
Cancellation reason by item for past month Shows cancellation reasons broken out by product.
Item by cancellation reason for past month Groups items with the same cancellation reason.
Purchase history Use this report to view how many and which products/services a customer purchased.
