Notifications for contacts

Planfix allows you to configure notifications for contacts with Planfix access and contacts without access.

• Notifications for contacts with access are configured at the person level, in the tab Subscriptions and Notifications in the contact card:

• Notifications for contacts without access are the same across your entire account and are configured in the section Account management — Email — Notifications for external contacts:

Important

• If a recipient of an email from Planfix marks the email as spam, they will stop receiving email notifications until they send another email to Planfix.
