Viewing logs

A log is the history of changes to an object in Planfix: a task, project, contact, deal, etc. The log shows who and when changed a status, reassigned an assignee, edited a field, or left a comment.
The depth of available history depends on your pricing plan. If your plan limits access to the log, a corresponding hint will appear in the history window.
How to increase access
To see older entries in the log, you need to switch to a higher plan:
- Open the pricing page and compare plans — pay attention to the row related to the log.
- Go to Account management — Subscription (this section is available to the account administrator).
- Choose a suitable plan and confirm the plan change.
After changing the plan, access to logs is enabled automatically; no further action is required.
