Sending postponed comments

In Planfix, you can postpone the sending of a comment for a set time. To do this, follow these steps:

  • Type the text of the comment and click the "Send Later" button:

  • Set the desired date and time:

  • Save the settings. A new tab, "Postponed comments," will appear in the task panel:

  • By clicking on it, you can view the postponed comments:

In the Chat feed, you can view postponed comments from the "Postponed comments" tab of the task:

  • At the set time, the comment will be sent to the customer/employee:

  • A postponed comment can be edited, deleted, or sent ahead of schedule:
