Sending messages to WhatsApp Business using a template

To initiate sending a message using a template in WhatsApp, use a button in a Task or a script, and when configuring them, select the operation "Write to WhatsApp using a WABA template".
Before using templates, the following setup is required:
- Go to WhatsApp Business Manager.
- Open the "Message templates" section for the specific WABA account and create a message template.
- After creating the template, submit it for review.
- Message templates must be approved and have the "Approved" status in WhatsApp Business Manager.
- When a message template is approved and active, it becomes automatically available in the system.
- When you open the settings for the button or the automatic script in the system and choose the operation "Send WhatsApp message using WABA template", the system will automatically fetch all approved templates from your WABA account.
