External services can interact with WhatsApp via the official WhatsApp Business API or other technical methods. When choosing a third-party service and its access method, keep in mind that WhatsApp does not allow sending or receiving messages by any means other than the official WhatsApp Business API. WhatsApp may take action against such activity, including blocking your WhatsApp account, which would also block your Planfix — WhatsApp integration if it relies on that third-party service.
