BIR1

Integration with BIR1 (Baza Internetowa REGON) allows you to automatically retrieve detailed information about legal entities and entrepreneurs registered in Poland based on their NIP, REGON, or KRS numbers. Typically used for:

• Verifying the status of Polish companies.
• Obtaining additional information about a counterparty.
• Auto-filling client or partner cards.
• Using data in business processes, such as reliability checks.

What it does

• Identifies the legal structure of the organization.
• Retrieves the primary business industry.
• Checks the company’s current status (active, suspended, liquidated, etc.).
• Fills in the official company name and address.

How to use

• Enter a NIP, REGON, or KRS number in the contact card.
• Planfix will send a request to the BIR1 database.
• Retrieved data will be automatically inserted into the specified fields.

Integration setup

• Go to Account Management — Integrations — Autofill services.
• Enable integration with BIR1.
• Add the integration name.
• Enter the API key.
• Specify the fields in Planfix that contain the NIP, REGON, or KRS values.
• Map the fields for autofill.
• Save the settings.
