When integrating with virtual PBXs, two system Ma'lumot yorliqlari are added to track calls: Call and Missed Call.
The Call ma'lumot yorlig'i is automatically added to Vazifalar and kontaktlar once the call is completed. It contains information about the time and duration of the call, as well as who called whom:
