Qoidalarga kiruvchi matnlar kichik/katta harflarga nisbatan sezuvchan (case-sensitive). Bu, agar qoida "Request" matnini belgilasa, lekin elektron pochta "request" matnini oʻz ichiga olsa, qoida bajarilmasligini anglatadi. Bunday xatni qayta ishlash uchun alohida qoida yaratishingiz kerak.
