SUBPROCESSORS

This page lists the Subprocessors that Planfix, Inc. (the "Operator") engages to Process Client Personal Data on behalf of Clients in connection with the Service, as provided in Section 6 of the Data Processing Addendum. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Data Processing Addendum.

CURRENT SUBPROCESSORS

The Service is hosted in geographic hosting clusters; the Client selects the cluster for the Account from the options offered by the Operator. The Subprocessors involved in hosting depend on the selected cluster. Backup copies for all geographic clusters are stored in EU regions (see the Data Processing Addendum, Annex II).

• Hetzner Online GmbH — production hosting of the Service (European Union cluster); Germany.
• Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Amazon S3) — storage of uploaded files and encrypted backups (European Union cluster); Europe (Ireland) region.
• OVHcloud — production hosting of the Service (North America cluster); United States.
• OVHcloud — production hosting of the Service (Asia cluster); Singapore.
• Servercore — production hosting of the Service (Kazakhstan cluster); Republic of Kazakhstan (Almaty).
• AI service providers — Processing of Account content only when AI features are used, under the AI Terms of Use. The identities of AI service providers are not disclosed publicly. Clients that do not accept this can refrain from using, or disable, the AI features for their Account.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

The Operator will announce any intended addition or replacement of Subprocessors on this page and by email to the address designated for the Account at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. The Client may object to a change on reasonable data-protection grounds under the procedure described in Section 6.3 of the Data Processing Addendum.
