User activity in the Planfix account is an essential metric for Planfix. If there is no activity, the user's account will be frozen and eventually deleted.
All information regarding data collection, the procedure for their deletion, and the retention periods can be found in the Privacy Policy.

Account: freezing and deletion

  1. Planfix automatically freezes an account if no new activity exists for one month. For example, adding new tasks or actions.

  2. One week before freezing, Planfix will prompt the user to show some activity in the account if they plan to keep using it. If there is no activity, Planfix will freeze the account.

  3. A frozen account can be unfrozen within one month from the day it was frozen.

  4. Only the account owner can unfreeze the account.

  5. Planfix will automatically delete the account and all its data if a frozen account is not unfrozen after one month.

Data: storage and deletion

  1. Planfix retains a copy of the account for 180 days. After 180 days, all account data will be permanently deleted automatically.

  2. Users can delete the remaining data in Planfix by sending a request to the Customer Support Service through the preferred communication channel. After receiving the request, all user-provided personal data remaining in Planfix will be deleted within 30 days.

  3. Deleting the user's personal data will result in a partial or complete inability to use Planfix.
