Planfix uses components of third-party software when creating documents using templates. Since the components used might not support all the features involved in the templates you've created, this may result in the formatting of template-generated files not lining up with the formatting in the original template. This mainly affects generating PDFs.

We are unable to change this in any way, so we recommend you do one of the following:

  • Simplify or change the formatting in your template to avoid this
  • Open the template in LibreOffice and get the template to look as desired. This will drastically increase the chances that the final file will be formatted like the template.
