Planfix uses third-party software components when creating documents using templates. Since the components used might not support all the features included in your templates, it may result in the formatting of template-generated files not matching the formatting in the original template. This mainly affects PDFs.
We are unable to change this in any way, so we recommend you do one of the following:
- Simplify or change the formatting in your template to avoid this
- Open the template in LibreOffice and change the template to the desired look. This drastically increases the likelihood that the final file will be formatted like the template.
