Planfix checklists work well with keyboard shortcuts. You can use hotkeys to easily enter and move around checklist items (this is particularly useful when working with multilevel checklists):


  • TAB moves the current checklist item one nesting level down
  • Shift+TAB moves the current checklist item one nesting level up
  • Enter saves the entered text as a checklist item. If the text contains several rows, one item will be created for each row.
  • Ctrl+Enter saves the entered text as a checklist item. Even if the text contains several rows, everything will be added as one item.
  • ESC cancels
