If the rule did not have additional action ""Delete word following the tag"", the task would have been also created with assignee Andrew Laktionov, but its name would have been '''New wiring map @Laktionov '''- not critical, but unsightly.

It is worth adding an additional action of this type to rules using tags. It removes the tag and the word that follows it from the task text. It seems to "clean up" the traces of your work with tags, so the task looks neater.

Rule example:

  • If Message subject includes tag @, then Select assignee by word following the tag, also Delete word following the tag

Imagine that you sent a message with the subject New wiring map@ Laktionov. According to this rule, Planfix will create a task named New wiring map with Andrew Laktionov as assignee.

If the rule did not have additional action "Delete word following the tag", the task would have been also created with assignee Andrew Laktionov, but its name would have been New wiring map @Laktionov - not critical, but unsightly.
