What Is a Dynamic Block, You Ask?
It’s a special section in your task description filled with variables and formulas. Whenever you open a task, it automatically crunches the numbers, so you always have the latest information at your fingertips.
The data in these blocks now updates seamlessly and looks great doing it. If you haven’t tried dynamic blocks, now is the perfect time to jump in!

A New Planfix Mobile App 0.64 is Available
What’s New:
- Custom notifications: We have added a dedicated settings tab for this. You can now choose which task notifications you receive.
Improvements:
- Task creation made easier: Use the hourly calendar for accurate planning.
- More precise navigation: The task cards now include titles for a more intuitive experience.
- Sleeker design: We’ve updated the interface for adding data tags and task recurrence settings, making it more transparent and easier to use.
- Email enhancements: Email headers are displayed directly in the system to make tracking easier.

Now, you can add hints in Оbjects. These handy tips will remind your team of essential details.

We’ve Made It Easier to Work With Comments on Narrow Screens
Now, it’s a breeze to notify team members. When you’re on a narrow screen, long lists of assignees are automatically split into multiple columns. This way, you can easily find the right person.

Tips in Contact and Project Templates
Now you can find tips not just in task templates, but also in contact and project templates.

Working With Whiteboards Is Now Even Easier and More Intuitive
You can now show how tasks are connected and add explanatory text to convey the process’s essence better.
What’s New?
- You can add text anywhere in the whiteboard without being tied to specific blocks. This gives you more freedom to express your ideas.
- Rotate text and blocks 360 degrees, making your whiteboard visually appealing and more precise.
- Adjust the font, color, and size of the text. You can also do this for several blocks of text at once. This way, all the information in your whiteboard can be displayed coherently.
Dark Mode in Planfix
Your user interface can now be even easier on the eyes, especially in the evening. To turn on dark mode, click on your avatar in the top right corner and select the option from the menu.
