New Integration
We’ve integrated Brevo Conversations with Planfix. This update allows your team to connect the chat functionality on your website directly with our comprehensive business management system. Respond to all website inquiries through a single Planfix interface, use quick replies for common questions, add team members for collaborative support, and organize your customer data efficiently.

Data Tag Name Display Restored
In the latest version of the task template form, we returned the display of attached data tag names, just as in the old task template.
The “data tag” name wasn’t obvious, especially for our newbies. It was also a bit confusing to figure out which data tags were attached, and it wasn’t clear where you had to click to add more data to the data tag.
So, we sorted it out, making everything clear and straightforward for all users!
A New Color Palette
We created a new color palette for statuses and the “List” and “List of variables” fields.
