How to set up the acceptance of requests from different channels

Planfix can receive messages via various communication channels, allowing you to communicate through the system's familiar interface.

Here's how it works:

  1. The client writes a message in an appropriate messenger or social network.
  2. You receive this message as a Planfix task.
  3. Your comments on this task are sent to the customer through the same channel they used to contact you.

By configuring integration for each channel to receive messages, you can centrally manage all messages that come to you through different communication channels.

In this way, the customer can be confident that they are communicating with you via a messenger or a social network.
