Planfix can receive messages via various communication channels, allowing you to communicate through the system's familiar interface.
Here's how it works:
- The client writes a message in an appropriate messenger or social network.
- You receive this message as a Planfix task.
- Your comments on this task are sent to the customer through the same channel they used to contact you.
