May’s Planfix update is here, and we’re excited to show you new features that will make your life easier and increase productivity. Keep reading for more – there’s definitely something for you.
Auto-Delete Completed Tasks
Introducing a cool new feature in your task template settings — “Auto-delete completed tasks.” How does it work? It’s easy: mark a task as “Complete” and… just forget about it. Planfix takes care of the tidying up for you, moving it to the trash after the time you set.
No more clutter from old tasks! Kick back and enjoy the peace while Planfix handles the cleanup.
Oh, and by the way, the option is turned off by default. So if you don’t need to delete completed tasks, you’re all set!

The Planfix App Version 0.66 for iOS and Android Is here!
Now you’ve got Planfix AI hanging out in your comments. Just like on the web, but now it’s right in your pocket. Open the full edit form and start writing the perfect comment.
What can Planfix AI do?
- Fixes up your grammar if your commas are messed up.
- Switches up the tone — whether you want to be confident, friendly, or straight to the point.
- Summarize your text or break it up with more details if you want to.
- Translates comments if the conversation suddenly switches to Spanish or Japanese.
We’ve also improved the app’s stability so that everything runs smoothly.

We’ve Spruced Up the Directory
Now it’s sleek and user-friendly! Look at the top right corner, the new home of the “Details” tab. You’ll now find “Group” and the “Archived” checkbox there. It might seem like a small change, but it will make your workflow smoother!
We hope this little upgrade adds a cozy touch to your productive day in Planfix.

We’ve Made Your Workflow More User-Friendly
Imagine creating a new task and linking it to a parent task from a different project. Previously, Planfix didn’t allow this flexibility.
Now, you can choose a parent task from any project, not just the current one. Simply enable the appropriate task view mode:
- Project tasks
- Active task
- All tasks
It is important to note that if you select a parent task from another project, the current task’s project will also change to match the parent task’s project.

Some Quick Stats from Planfix AI
- Imagine this: a 3-minute audio clip is transcribed in just 10 seconds. You can read this text in about 90 seconds. That means we’ve saved you 1 minute and 20 seconds — just enough time to get yourself a cup of coffee.
- You have a 10-minute conversation? Planfix AI does it in 30 seconds. Reading it will only take you 5 minutes. Voilà! You save 4.5 minutes, enough time for a quick chat about something important.
- And here’s the thing: a complete 1.5-hour interview is transcribed in one minute, and you can read it in 45 minutes. That’s a whopping 44 minutes saved — more than half your lunch break!
Use Planfix AI’s auto-transcription feature and save yourself the hassle of listening to long recordings. Save this time for your more pressing tasks. Take care of yourself and your team!

Getting Around Your Directories Just Got Easier!
With a single click, you can now view the contents of the desired directory on the right-hand side. In addition, you always have the complete list of directories in sight.
Switch between directories faster than your colleagues change the subject in a meeting when someone mentions deadlines.
