The basic workspace is a workspace with the standard set of features that are available to all Planfix users by default.
- If a user only has access to the basic workspace, they won't see the menu item for workspaces (the rocket)
- If a user is given access to another workspace in addition to the basic workspace, they will have an item in the main menu for switching between workspaces. They will also be able to switch to the basic workspace:
To switch, click the rocket icon in the main menu and select the desired workspace.
Important
- The basic workspace cannot be edited. If you need to change your workspace, create a new one and make the changes you need there.
- Help materials by default use the sections and menu items of the basic workspace. We recommend switching to the basic workspace for the easiest experience configuring the system.
