When integrating Virtual PBX, two system data tags are added to your account to track calls: Call and Missed calls.
If there is a missed call, and the PBX can provide information about it, Planfix automatically adds a new action with the data tag "Missed call" to the caller's contact card. If the contact has a supervisor, they will also be notified of this action.
This data tag allows you to create reports on missed calls from different perspectives easily.
You can also use the standard missed call report to view this information.
Additionally
It is possible to add date and time period fields to the data tag for planning purposes with the Planfix Planner.
