When integrating with virtual PBXs, two system data tags are added to track calls: Call and Missed Call.

The Call data tag is automatically added to tasks and contacts once the call is completed. It contains information about the time and duration of the call, as well as who called whom: Q2Wv07.jpg

This data tag is used to generate reports on employee activity and the intensity of incoming clients calls: QLhIFJ.png
