- Any of the system partitions, usually located in the main menu
- Custom sections that can be created right there
- Planners
- Directories
- Reports
- Projects
- References
- Filters (tasks, contacts, projects, directories)
- The operation of creating a new object on an arbitrary template (usually used in the "plus" menu)
Demonstrating the process of creating a workspace
Workspace Options
After the basic settings of the workspace are done, you need to set its key parameters:
- The workspace name will be displayed in the workspace menu, so it should be simple and understandable to the user.
- The default partition allows you to select the partition of the customized workspace in which the user appears after switching to it.
- Color allows you to set the color of the main menu bar.
- Access to workspace defines access to it for employees and contacts
Important
A new workspace can be saved with at least two parameters:
- Name of the workspace
- Default partition
In order for the workspace to be able to set the default partition, there must be at least one item in the menu not from the sections Menu items for creating objects and References - it will become a partition that will boot when you enter the workspace.
