Reports: Managing access
From Planfix
Access to Planfix reports usually doesn't need to be configured. When employees see reports, they only see the data they have access to.
Nevertheless, you can restrict access to a report. You can manage report access in a separate report tab:
By default, only the report's creator can view it. Access to a report can be given to colleagues and customers in this tab when creating or editing the report.
