In the title and description of tasks, you can use different variables.

Adding variables

Variables are added to Task templates when they are created or edited.

When a task is created using a template, the current value is substituted for the variable.

Above the task name there is a link to the list of available variables:

Among the variables available are:

  • about 30 system variables that allow displaying in different formats time, date, day of the week, month and year;
  • all variables related to the task, including variables for each custom field;
  • all variables related to the task of the current task, including data from the card of its counterparty or the directories used in it.

When a task is created using a template, the current value is substituted for the variable.

Note:

  • Replacing a variable with a specific value occurs once, at the time the task is created from the template.
  • If a task is created from the template in the status Draft, the change of variables to the values in it will occur at the time the task is transferred to one of the workers statuses.
  • Variables in tasks are available only in paid and premium accounts.
