Multi-line text

Fields of this type store text information. The maximum value in characters is not defined and is only limited by the total size of a single directory entry, which is 16 MB. You can create a Mutli-line text field as:

• custom field
• directory field
• data tag field.

Field options:

• Use text editor - a text editor is used to fill in this field, allowing for formatting

Additional parameters for this type of field in directories:

• Mandatory field — prevents saving the directory entry until this field has a value.
• Show in entry list — allows selecting additional directory field for display.

Additional parameters for this type of field in data tags:

• Wrap the heading — allows long headers to be wrapped onto a new line.
