Access to a contact can be set when creating the contact or in their contact card, in the Permissions panel. This panel also contains a complete list of users who have access to the contact and the type of access they have:
Access to additional contact fields can be set for each field in the contact template. Permissions regulate whether or not a contact can be seen in different Planfix sections, such as tasks, reports, planners, etc.
Bulk changes to permissions
In the Contacts section, you can select the desired contacts using a filter and change their access using a bulk update:
