Planfix allows you to customize your interfaces for different users of the system. A customized interface for a specific group or specific user is called Workspace. Workspaces can significantly simplify the use of Planfix since the user will only see the amount of system functionality that he needs in his work.
A Planfix user can have several workspaces available. Switching between them allows you to move from one operating environment to another quickly. It is especially true for managers and those employees who participate in the work of different divisions of the company.
Within the workspace, you can configure:
- The main menu Planfix (including add drop-down menus to it)
- Additional menu items ("hamburger")
- Creating objects (menu "plus")
- The section in which the user defaults
- The color of the main menu bar
Working with workspaces
- Creating a workspace
- Access to workspace
- Switching between workspaces
- Setting up a workspace for external users
- Workspace access for users with different plans
