This type of field stores dates. The standard Planfix interface for selecting dates is used when working with this type of field. You can create a Date field as a custom field, a directory field, or a data tag field.
Example of a Date field:
Field Parameters:
No duplication — this option will not allow saving the field value if it already exists for this field in another task/contact. Automatically fill in current date — allows the field to be filled with the current date when creating a task.
Parameters for this type of field in directories:
- Display as hyperlink — turns the value entered into the field into an active hyperlink.
- Mandatory field — prevents saving the directory entry until this field has a value.
Parameters for this type of field in data tags:
- Wrap the heading — allows long headers to be wrapped onto a new line.
