Planfix allows users to add additional buttons to objects (tasks), contacts, and workspaces to perform various operations. There are several types of buttons available:

Additional Information

  • The interval restriction for pressing the same button in the same task is 1 minute.
  • Buttons are available only to users on the Business and Enterprise plans. For specific button limits, refer to the plan options table.
  • Buttons that are disabled or not displayed based on conditions can still be pressed via an automated script. Pressing a button in a script executes its actions without checking the button's conditions.
  • Use the "Do not notify" option when configuring buttons to avoid distracting employees from their current work, such as when changing the task assignees:
