Buttons: Difference between revisions

Planfix allows users to add additional buttons to objects (tasks), contacts, and workspaces to perform various operations. There are several types of buttons available:

Additional Information

The interval restriction for pressing the same button in the same task is 1 minute.
Buttons are available only to users on the Business and Enterprise plans. For specific button limits, refer to the plan options table.
Buttons that are disabled or not displayed based on conditions can still be pressed via an automated script. Pressing a button in a script executes its actions without checking the button's conditions.
Use the "Do not notify" option when configuring buttons to avoid distracting employees from their current work, such as when changing the task assignees:
