Adding reminders in Planners

You can add a reminder about an event to a Planner. The settings used in a given Planner list affect how to open the interface for adding reminders:

  • If Use full task form mode is enabled, all you have to do is hover your cursor over the desired event and the icon will appear:


  • If this mode is disabled, you can get to the "bell" icon in the task card, which appears when you click the task in the planner:


  • For lists that display task/contact cards, the icon can be found in the action bar:

  • The location of the reminder icon in a list is determined by the Planner list settings. If you can't find the bell icon in the operations menu, or if you can't see the menu at all, check the settings of the list.
