Rules for creating tasks by email

You can set rules by which emails sent to a special email address will be converted into Planfix tasks.These can be emails sent to virtual email addresses, employee email addresses, or project-specific email addresses.
Configuration of such rules can be done in Account Management / Email:
For example, you can configure rules by which emails sent to a specific virtual email address will be turned into tasks. To do this, go to Virtual email addresses:
Select an appropriate address and create a rule:
- Default rule
- Rules, set by administrator
- Creating and editing rules
- Rules for groups
- Order of rules execution
Helpful information
- In the Rules for groups section you can create rules that will apply to all employees in a group.
