The account administrator can configure access to any workspace. Access rights management is performed inside the workspace, in the mode of its creation or editing:

A click in this field causes the standard for Planfix interface to set the access rights to the object:

It allows you to configure access to the workspace for both employees and customers ( contacts with access to Planfix).


Quick default workspace assignment

Below the Access to workspace parameter there are two links for quick assignment of the default workspace:

They allow you to set the current workspace for a selected user category in one click. Wherein:

  • The workspace will be registered in the corresponding employee card parameter or contact with access to Planfix and can be changed there manually or by clicking a similar link in another workspace.
  • If you set the default workspace for all contacts with access, it will also be registered in all contact and company templates so that subsequently created contacts automatically receive the same workspace by default.


Important

  • The access that you provide to the workspace only determines which users will see it in the workspace list. The data that a particular user will see in a given workspace is determined by his access rights.
