Connecting a Telegram channel to Planfix

You can connect Planfix to a Telegram channel to receive comments from channel subscribers:

Go through Telegram authorization in Planfix.
In the Telegram channel settings, there is an option to enable comments in the corresponding group - activate it:

Then connect this Telegram group to Planfix, by adding the Planfix Telegram bot to it.
In Planfix, create a task or use an existing one to link it to the Telegram group:
- In the Telegram group, write a command to the Planfix bot: /task <New name> or the number of the existing task without the <> symbols.
- After you have linked the task to the Telegram group, new messages received in the task will be sent to the group, and messages from the group will be sent to the task:

Important

Connecting a Telegram channel to Planfix allows you to receive comments left on channel posts. This connection is useful as it ensures you don't miss a comment, even on an old post.
Currently, connecting Planfix to a Telegram channel does not allow you to post content to the channel itself and serves only the purpose of managing comments on posts.
