System fields
System Fields are fields in tasks, contacts, and projects that cannot be changed in any way. They are used to making sure Planfix runs reliably. System fields cannot be edited, new ones cannot be added, nor can they be added to the set of fields.
How to give employees or contacts access to system fields:

Important
An employee with the permissions to edit a system field will be able to change data in it in any task.
