There is no limit on the total number of rules that define user access to a Planfix account. |
Revision as of 02:45, 15 March 2019
Account owners can set restrictions for access to account data based on IP address. This is configured in the Account Management / Account Security menu.
By default, access to an account is prohibited. Account owners can create their own rules that describe which users and IP address get Planfix access, and at which times. If a user doesn't meet any of these conditions, they won't be able to access Planfix.
Note that each new Planfix account automatically has a rule that grants Planfix access to all users of the account from any IP address. If the account owner decides to use their own rules, this rule should be disabled (select the rule from the list and click Deactivate).
There is no limit on the total number of rules that define user access to a Planfix account.
