A stacked chart is a type of chart that is available in Planfix reports. The data is presented as columns divided into segments. Each segment represents a part of the column assigned to a specific category.

For example, you can use a stacked chart to show the number of accepted, completed, and overdue tasks per employee:

Set up

  • In the "Report view" section, add the data columns that you want to include in the stacked chart.
  • Go to "Charts and graphs" and add a new chart of the type "Stacked chart":

  • In "Data to display", set the following values:
  • Columns: “Accepted tasks,” “Overdue tasks,” “Completed tasks”
  • Grouping: By the “Assignee” column
  • Sorting: By the “Completed tasks” column in ascending order
