In the "Task calendar by days" view, tasks are displayed based on their completion dates. Each task appears as a rectangle positioned according to its completion date:
1.If a task has a start date and a completion date, it is displayed as a continuous bar extending from the column with the start date to the column with the completion date.
2.If a task only has a completion date, it is displayed within the column corresponding to its completion date.
Settings for "Task calendar" lists
In a list's settings, you can define which tasks will be displayed in the list, and you can configure various aspects of how they will be displayed:
The following options are available:
