As a rule, the project auditor is one of the company's executives who monitors the progress of the project.
Auditor:
- sees all the tasks, files and actions of the project (except for hidden actions);
- can edit all project tasks;
- can delete project tasks and restore them from the Recycle Bin, but can not clear the Recycle Bin (i.e., to permanently delete tasks from it);
- can independently add new tasks to any project executor, as well as comments in any project task
- can edit and delete the project.
For this reason it is better not to connect customer representatives to the project as auditors - this gives them too broad authority.
The project auditor is specified when editing the project card. The project may have several auditors.
