Every Task calendar and Hourly calendar Planner list can be exported and viewed in external programs and services, such as Google Calendar or other calendar programs. The export link can be found found at the bottom of the list settings (get there by clicking the list heading):

  • You can generate an export link in the “Integrations” section of the calendar settings.
  • The generated iCal link can be added to your iPhone calendar under "Settings" > "Calendar."

Important: After generating the link, save it by clicking the "Save" button.

  • The data provided by Planfix via the generated link is always up to date. Some devices, like iPhones, request regular updates on a schedule to refresh their calendars.

Important

The speed at which tasks appear in external calendars compared to Planfix is determined by the policies of these services and cannot be influenced by us. Google Calendar, for example, usually updates the data once a day.
