For each field, you can set which employees, clients, or external contacts with Planfix access can see and edit the field:
Access to custom fields can be set immediately when they are created or later, in the section "'Account management - Custom fields"'. For each field there is an opportunity to motivate those employees and customers (external contacts with access to Planfix) who can see and edit:
