A Pyramid is a chart type available in Planfix reports. It visualizes hierarchical data in the shape of a triangle. The width of each level represents the value of one category in relation to the others.

For example, you can use a pyramid to visualize the distribution of completed tasks across projects over a month:

The pyramid is constructed from report data and has several levels. Each level corresponds to a specific category and displays its numerical value.

To ensure the correct data is displayed, you must configure grouping and sorting options.

Set up

  • In the "Report view", add the columns that contain the data you want to visualize in the pyramid.
  • Go to the "Charts and graphs" section and add a new chart of type "Pyramid":
