There are technical limitations in Planfix that you must keep in mind when working:
We support the following browsers updated to their latest major version:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari
- Edge
We cannot guarantee that Planfix will work correctly in other browsers.
- The number of custom fields in one task template cannot exceed 300. However, the actual number of custom fields you need will depend on the type of fields used and will likely be less than 300. More about this limit can be found in our help article about field sets.
- Comments added to the system cannot exceed 64 KB, including HTML formatting.
