Creating a task based on a call
From Planfix
After the call ends, Planfix records information about it in the contact's card.
Additionally, you can select a task in which a link to the call recording and the data tag Calls will be placed.
You can not only select one of the existing tasks in the system but also create a new one - for example, if this was the first call from a new customer that requires further processing:
When you click on the "New task" button, select the role in which the contact will participate, as an assignee or as a counterparty:
