The length of time for which sent and read receipts are available depends on your plan:


  • For users with free accounts, sent and read statuses for emails are not available
  • For users with Plan A accounts, data is available for the past 30 days
  • For users with Plan B accounts, data is available for the past 180 days
  • Users with Plan X accounts can see the data with no limits on a time frame

 

Important

  • Switching to a different plan changes the availability of the data. You can switch to a "higher-level" plan to gain access to data for a longer period of time.
  • Data has been saved since April 15, 2019. Data isn't available before that date, regardless of your plan.
  • The information above on data availability is just for reference; exact, up-to-date information can be found in the plan table.
